01 — The return window

You have 3 days to decide.

Our return window is 3 days from the date you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.

Why so short? We're a small team and most of our pieces are made in limited runs. Keeping a tight window helps us keep prices fair and stock fresh for everyone.

02 — What can be returned

Eligibility, simply.

To qualify for a return, your item needs to meet a few simple conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
  • The return must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be a regular-priced item — sale items aren't eligible for refund

Some things we sadly can't take back:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 3-day window has closed
03 — How to send it back

Two ways to return.

We'll give you two options when you raise a return — pick whichever works best for you.

We'll pick it up

Our courier will come to your doorstep and collect the package. No running around, no extra steps — but a small pickup fee applies.

Cheaper

You ship it yourself

Send the package back to the address we share over email. You handle the courier — and you'll save the pickup fee.

Customer pays shipping, no deduction
If you're shipping it yourself and the order value is over ₹4,000, we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service or shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we can't guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
04 — How refunds work

Money back, simply.

Here's exactly how the refund flow goes — start to finish:

  1. We receive your return You'll get an email from us the moment your returned package reaches our warehouse.
  2. We inspect the item Our team checks the condition. If everything looks good, we approve the refund and let you know by email.
  3. Refund begins after approval Within 5 working days of approval, the money goes back to your original payment method. The 5-day clock starts after we receive and inspect the returned product — not from the day you raised the request.
Refund taking longer than expected? First, check your bank account again. Then contact your card company or bank — there's often a delay before refunds officially post. If you've done all this and still don't see it, write to us at support@heyshoppers.in and we'll dig into it.
05 — Defective or damaged items

If something arrives broken.

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If that happens — first, we're really sorry. Drop us an email at support@heyshoppers.in with a photo of the issue and your order ID, and we'll sort it.

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, same as the return window. Replacements are only for the same item — we can't swap for a different product or size.
