No hard feelings — life happens. Here's how to cancel your order quickly, and what to expect after.

Cancel before dispatch

As long as your order hasn't been handed to the courier, we can cancel it — no questions, no charge.

Refund in 5 working days

Prepaid orders get refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days of cancellation approval.

Reply within 12–24 hrs

Drop a cancellation request and our team will confirm by email, usually within a working day.

How to cancel.

A simple three-step process — most cancellations are confirmed within a working day.

  1. Fill the form on the right Share your order ID, the reason, and how we can reach you. The more we know, the faster we sort it.
  2. We'll check the status If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it on our end and send you an email confirmation.
  3. Your refund begins For prepaid orders, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Already dispatched? Once your order leaves our warehouse, it can't be cancelled — but you can still refuse the package at delivery, or initiate a return after receiving it. Head to our Returns & Replacement page for next steps.
